FAQ

Need a Definition?

Use the Glossary for one-page definitions of Mirage terms.

What chain does Mirage Garden use?

The current app is wired to Base mainnet. Contracts are also deployed on Base Sepolia for testing.

What is a soToken?

A soToken is a token system with an on-chain object layer tied to token balance or state. Mirage Garden v1.2 launches two main classes: LOA and BOA.

What is the difference between LOA and BOA?

LOAs keep the token liquid while unsupported objects become Dormant and can reactivate when support returns. BOAs are the stricter bound-object path: unsupported objects can unbind, burn, or use an experimental auto-follow policy.

Are soToken objects normal NFTs?

No. soToken objects are Mirage-native objects tracked in a custom ledger. Marketplaces and apps should use the soToken object APIs, not generic ERC-721 assumptions.

Do I lose my source tokens when I claim?

Claiming does not spend the source token. Your balance just needs to stay above the interval threshold to keep the object active. A specific object send can move the object plus one source-token interval when transfers are enabled.

What happens if I sell the source token later?

If your balance drops below the interval needed to support your objects, sync applies that launch’s policy. LOAs become Dormant. BOAs can unbind, burn, or attempt auto-follow depending on creator settings.

Is vBundle live?

No. vBundle is an older/future bundle idea, not the current LOA standard and not currently implemented.
